Hi Matthew, These options are not in the GUI, but there are several "volume" command options for surface and mesh display listed here: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#dispsurf> As you can see from that page, ChimeraX has a "smoothLines" option for anti-aliasing, but it does not have a linewidth option, sorry.
