
Hi Matthew, These options are not in the GUI, but there are several "volume" command options for surface and mesh display listed here: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#dispsurf> As you can see from that page, ChimeraX has a "smoothLines" option for anti-aliasing, but it does not have a linewidth option, sorry. I have a density map I am visualizing as a mesh in ChimeraX. If I recall there are settings to manipulate the mesh visualization (line width, antialiasing, etc.) but I cannot them. If they exist, where might I find them? Thank you.
