It might be worth looking into the slashes a bit more. These look like the commands that are run when you press the record button on the coordinate set slider tool:

Mine also has mixed slashes, but I don't get an error. If mixed slashes can be problematic, I'd hope the 'record' button wouldn't mix them.

Could this error happen if the output mp4 already exists and is open in a video player? Depending on the player, it might block overwriting the file.
