Hello, (1) currently, there is no Lighting panel in ChimeraX similar to what was in Chimera. You can use the "lighting" command to change light direction, intensity, etc. There are also some icons in the Graphics tab of the toolbar (across the top of the window) to adjust the type of lighting with a single click. I need your support again for another issue I am meeting in using ChimeraX.
Unlike Chimera, I cannot find the lighting panel, which was very useful to adjust lights. Moreover, when I have a protein surface, the silhouettes are not complete in ChimeraX (black square in figure). I attach the same figure done with the 2 softwares. In chimera X I cannot increase the lighting in the active site.
