Hi Ilse, When you install your bundle with "devel install /path/to/bundle/file.whl" it should install pandas too, or give an error if that fails. Does your bundle_info.xml file have lines like <Dependencies> <Dependency name="ChimeraX-Core" version="~=1.0"/> <Dependency name="pandas" version="~1.2"/> </Dependencies> If it does and it still is not installing pandas can you use ChimeraX menu Help / Report a Bug and attach your bundle_info.xml and we can test and see if it works for us. For now, I have installed pandas on the ChimeraX console via the command prompt. For future distribution, however, it would be nice if it were immediately installed together with the bundle.
