
Hi Quek, (1) It is not possible to answer your question about the red color unless we have your same data (atomic structure) and more details about exactly how you did the coloring and what options you chose. Maybe there is some problem with your data, or the range that you specified, if you did not use the default options. (2) see Color Key (in menu under Tools...
