Hello, That is true, ChimeraX does not have a tool to read pocket files from CASTp. However, you can read them in ChimeraX if you follow the instructions in the "ChimeraX recipe" link below. You have to download the file read_castp.py that is linked to that page and then use it as described in the page. <https://rbvi.github.io/chimerax-recipes/castp/castp.html> Or, instead of using CASTp, you can try the new tool in ChimeraX 1.9, "Find Cavities," but it uses a different method. Menu: Tools... Structure Analysis... Find Cavities, click the Help button to see the instructions for this tool.
