
Hi Jesus, There are Colab Pro $10/month and Colab Pro+ $50/month from Google that might let you use GPUs with more memory for longer runs (up to 24 hours). But Google makes no guarantees, and the time to predict a structure sky-rockets as the number of residues increases, 3000 residues can take 24 hours and would use up more than half the compute credits for a whole month with Google's $50 / month service. So if you need to run larger AlphaFold jobs, this is probably not the way to do it. Instead you would need to setup AlphaFold or ColabFold on your own Linux computer with high-end Nvidia GPU. Tom
