Hi Siyoung, I also get the error you report if I try to run "devel install tut_read" twice. The first time I run the command it works with no error. So my guess is that you already have the tut_read bundle installed and don't need to install it again. It of course should work when you try to install it again (e.g. maybe you have modified the code and want to reinstall).
