Hi Jackie,

We would be happy to have contributions to the ChimeraX Recipes page. I made most of the current pages. The only requirement is that they describe how to use them clearly enough so others can figure it out -- usually that just means giving an example. I like to include an image to illustrate the result if it makes sense to do so.

The github repository that creates the ChimeraX recipes web page is here

https://github.com/RBVI/chimerax-recipes

That will give examples of how the Github markup is formatted to make a page. The web pages are automatically created from this repository by Github.

One way to contribute recipes would be to just make a github pull request on this repository, then I can look and approve them. That is probably best.
