Hello Haiqin Du, You need to get a newer ChimeraX, the 1.7 release or a 1.8 daily build. According to the Change Log, this feature was added after the 1.6 release branch: <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/trac/ChimeraX/wiki/ChangeLog> If you use the User Guide in the Help menu, it should match the version you downloaded. I copied a SMILES string from the SMILES translator, and it gives a structure. Very good. But I want to adjust some bond angles. But I can't find the Adjust Torsions section in the dialogue of Build Structure (see the screen-print below). I can't active it by using the "rotation" command either, even though the target bond is already selected.
