Hi Adetoun, The sequence input looks correct to me, but the first thing to make sure of when you get a mysterious error (even after carefully following the instructions) is to get a new/current version of ChimeraX. Also when you report an error message, it is helpful to say exactly what you did (tool? command? if so, what was the whole command?) and what version of ChimeraX you were using. If you just searched the web for ChimeraX Alphafold help, maybe the instructions you are viewing don't match the version of the program that you have. I see that your input is two sequences separated by a comma, so I guess you are trying to predict a complex. In that case you need a new enough version of ChimeraX to be able to predict a complex. This capability was added in version 1.4, so if you have version <1.4 it will not be possible. Even 1.4 and 1.5 may not work since there have been changes in AlphaFold/ColabFold during this time. So you should get at least the newest version of ChimeraX (1.6 or later). I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. I am not sure what the message means and can't seem to find others who have had similar error messages. Any help would be appreciated.
