
Do not use dpkg to install ChimeraX. You must use apt as shown on the ChimeraX download page. dpkg will not install the dependencies and apt will. And when using apt, the final argument must have a slash in it, so it is recognized as a file name and not a package name. In your case: sudo apt install ./ucsf-chimerax_1.6.1ubuntu22.04_amd64.deb would work. And please copy & paste the text instead of sharing a screenshot if possible when reporting a problem.
