Hi Kelvin,
I would say that “in the pipeline” is too strong a term, but we want to have scene support and are actively discussing what approach we want to take to get there.  It could take a year or so to actually come to fruition though.

Sorry, there is no scene-saving in ChimeraX yet.  Besides saving sessions, the other option is to save scripts that get you between the different states, but that may not be any easier.
