Sorry, ChimeraX does not have a red-cyan stereo option.   Maybe others on the development team can comment on whether we are planning to add it?

As you probably know, in Chimera it can be set with the "stereo" command.  In ChimeraX, the analogous command is "camera" but it does not have a red-cyan option currently.
