Hi Michel,

  Maybe our ChimeraX Toolshed server was down or not responding (bots and scans sometimes cause trouble).  I was able to install ISOLDE 1.9 and 1.10 now in just a few seconds.  Please try again and if it still doesn't work we can investigate further.
