Hi Vinita,

You may be the first person who has tried to use ChimeraX with a local installation of Modeller without ever having used the corresponding web service (in which case ChimeraX would have remembered your supplied Modeller license key).  Looking at the code, I can see that ChimeraX is trying to get the Modeller license key despite not needing to do so with a local installation.  I will open a ticket in our bug-tracking database for this issue with you on the recipient list.  In the meantime, if you can run one job using the web service, then ChimeraX will remember the license key and I think that after that you will be able to use your locally installed version without an error.

Maybe you should first try a computation with the web service? I have never used a local installation of the Modeller. The licence key may bi different when working from inside ChimeraX.

In the menu item Structure Prediction/Model Loops or Modeller Comparative there are boxes in which you insert the license key (password) – see the screenshots.

I also tried reinstalling Modeller. But the problem persists. I have attached the image showing the error. Is there a way to manually fix this in Chimera?
