Hi Gabriel,
ChimeraX can read Swissdock files of the PDB type.  I know it's confusing but ".chimerax" means Chimera (old Chimera) web data and was named a long time before we decided to name the new program ChimeraX.  You cannot read a .chimerax file with ChimeraX!

After you get the PDB file output from Swissdock:

(1) make sure you have a new enough ChimeraX (version 1.6 or higher).

(2)  you also have to use "format swissdock" in the "open" command or choose file type "SwissDock" in the file-opening dialog when you open that file.

If you did both of those and still have problems, let us know (could use Report a Bug and attach the file unless it needs to stay private).

I hope this helps,
Elaine
