Hi Tongqing, You're still using a release candidate version of ChimeraX. If you update to the official ChimeraX 1.10 release version, installation should work correctly. When installing from Toolshed, it says: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement ChimeraX-Core~=1.10.0 (from chimerax-isolde) (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for ChimeraX-Core~=1.10.0
