Hi Reza, The ChimeraX “view matrix” command allows setting camera or model positions using matrices, see: <http://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/view.html#matrix> The matrix format is different than in Chimera, however, and entered in the command rather than read from a file. Command “view matrix” without any arguments reports the current matrices in the Log with the same format as required for input.
