To get numeric values out related to the ChimeraX measure motion command you would need to edit the Python code adding some print statements which will go to the Log panel. That code is a bit complex but if you have some familiarity with Python it might be possible. The code is in your ChimeraX distribution. Here is where I think the file is on different operating systems (I only verified location on Mac)
