Good suggestion. I’ve added “full screen” to the list of preferred startup window sizes in the Window preferences. It will be in tomorrow’s daily build.

I've got the window size set to 'last used' and I almost always maximize ChimeraX. With this combo, ChimeraX starts out the size of my screen, but not maximized.
