Hi Nadia, You can remove files that were deleted from the thumbnails ChimeraX shows by right click on the thumbnail panel which will show a menu with "Remove deleted files". There is no way to remove thumbnails of specific files or specific file types. You could remove all the thumbnails by removing the file macOS: /Users/yourname/Library/Application Support/ChimeraX/file_history or Windows: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\UCSF\ChimeraX\file_history Tom
