Hmm… that’s not something I’ve seen before, and certainly sounds concerning. The least problematic possibility: are you opening direct from the PDB (i.e. “open {pdb id} structureFactors true”)? In that case it’s possible the server is down and there’s no timeout set so it waits forever. If it’s a local file, is it possible for you to share a copy of the MTZ and model off-list so I can debug?
