Hi Saverio, That is because ChimeraX 1.4 does not have the addcharge command. You need to get a newer version (daily build or 1.5 candidate release). Looking at the change log <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/trac/ChimeraX/wiki/ChangeLog> the addcharge command was added in August 2022, whereas ChimeraX 1.4 is from May 2022.
