
Hi Hong, I don't think there is any way to do it directly in ChimeraX. There is only one global silhouettes state (on or off) and one silhouette width per running instance of ChimeraX. As far as I know: You'd have to do something really fancy like save the individual image frames for two separate movies (using the two different silhouette linewidths), then use some image editing program (e.g. in Gimp or whatever you've been doing already for 2 images) to combine the pair of images for each frame, and then some other method to assemble the time series of pairwise-combined images into a movie.
