Hi Shabir, for what I know, as I experienced the same problem, ISOLDE is not available yet on UCSF ChimeraX 1.1, no matter what the SO you're using. You can use ISOLDE on the previous version of UCSF ChimeraX (1.0), as I'm currently doing. Please correct me if I am wrong, I', interested as well. I have just recently installed Chimerax 1.1 on my centOS 8.0 workstation and am trying to install the ISOLDE bundle thru Toolshed but I get the message "no download available for Cimerax 1.1 on Linux." how do I get around this problem
