Update: I've just double checked it and it seems that it works OK after the cleaning of the cash. Is there any option to turn off saving the last commands in the log ?

Thank you very much !!

so on my linux machine I found it in
~/.local/share/ChimeraX/commands

if I manually remove the whole history of executed commands (via cleaning the file) will this perturb the ChimeraX ?
