Here is Niklas Laenger. I am a graduate Student at Saint Joseph University. I am trying to modulate conformational changes due to mutation in a protein. In a YouTube tutorial I watched, they used a “minimize structure” tool under the structural editing menu. I could not find this tool, is this not there anymore?
