
My guess would be that it doesn't like the mix of backslashes and forward slashes in the path. I would use all forward slashes ("/"). Tom

Hello, The error message says the directory (folder) for saving this file does not exist. So, are you sure that C:\Users\Rkrishnan/Desktop exists? Make sure that in the "movie encode" command you give the pathname of the output file that includes a folder that (1) already exists on your computer and (2) where you have permission to write files.
