Dear ChimeraX community, I am having some issues with the crossfade command while making a movie. For some reason the command stretches out the image while running the transition. I am just doing a simple transition for a movie as part of a more complicated movie. To illustrate the problem I made a simple script that reproduces the issue. movie record supersample 3 size 640,480 wait 60 crossfade; cartoon hide #1/D-F; wait 60 movie encode framerate 60 output test.mov Be great if someone can let me know what I am doing wrong.
