Hi Colin, If it's an occasional need (you don't mind it in general but want to hide it every now and then) you can just use the disclosure triangle in the Models list to see the model number of the "missing structure" pseudobond model, and then nuke the labels for that model. E.g. open 1www label delete #1.1 If you never want them, you can turn them off permanently in the Preferences, the "Labels" section. Turn off "Label missing-strucure segments...." and then Save your new setting. <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/preferences.html> <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/preferences.html#labels> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Hello all,
If there are a number of missing residues, sometimes there is a label such as "16 residues" at the dashed line where they would be.
Is there a way to hide this for figure making? For the life of me, I cannot figure it out.
Best, Colin
