Hi Tom,
I tried again and the problem has solved by updating the graphics driver. Thank you so much!
(please ignore my previous email)

Hi Jianping,

Adding memory to your computer should not break ChimeraX -- that is probably not the problem.  Two possible problems are 1) your graphics driver got updated and no longer works -- in that case update your graphics driver, or 2) your ChimeraX settings got corrupted.  On Windows the settings are in

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\UCSF\ChimeraX\

Remove or rename that directory and ChimeraX will use default settings and perhaps it will start.

Hi all,

I cannot open chimeraX1.1 in my PC after I adding a memory to the computer (Win10 system). All other programs in my PC are not affected. The GUI just did not show up after I click the icon. There was no error message. The wired thing was even after I removed the added memory, I still cannot open it. Re-installation of chimeraX was also not helpful.
Can anyone help me with it?

Thanks a lot!
Jianping
