Greetings, When you get a traceback that you think is a bug, instead of sending e-mail it is better to use the "Report Bug" button on the error dialog, or if you don't see that, menu: Help... Report a Bug. This traceback might be enough for the team to figure out the problem, but sometimes it is not. The bug-reporting mechanism include a little more information, and there are places in the form to include your email address (if you want feedback) and to attach a file (if some specific data is needed to reproduce the problem. You can also write a description of what you did, in case certain steps are needed to reproduce the problem. Thanks for letting us know! Elaine ----- Elaine C.
