Hi Aaron, See the "measure rotation" help. There are "length" and "radius" keyword options for controlling the axis model dimensions: < https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/measure.html#rotation> ...as well as a "color" option for its color. "If showAxis is true (default), a model showing the axis as a rod will be created, with the specified length (default the largest dimension of the bounding box of the displayed part of model2), radius (default 2.5% of the length), and color (default #d2d264)." There are also options for the slab dimensions if showSlabs is true. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Hello,
Is there a way to adjust the size of the rotation axis generated by the command line "measure rotation #2 toModel #1, in ChimeraX? I am looking to adjust both the length and diameter of the axis display. Please let me know!
Best, Aaron
