Hi, the sidechains of residues 35 and 80 are contained within the selection. I am trying to remove the sidechains of residues 35 and 80 when saving a new name. what is wrong with this? name frozen conVup sel &~[:35,80&sideonly] name frozen conVup sel &~:[35,80]&sideonly I subsequently found I could solve it with ~select #1:35,80&sideonly name frozen conVup sel - Tim *Timothy A.
