Hi Elaine,

That worked perfectly. Thanks!
I'm familiar with the view command and use it very often but I never realized it can be executed over frames...

Thanks again!

Hi Donna,
ChimeraX has a "view name" command that is like the Chimera "savepos" command.  Then when you have previously saved (named) a view, you can restore it later with that name also using "view" -- see ChimeraX help for more details:
<https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/view.html#name>

See also ChimeraX "making movies" and links therein to ChimeraX movie tutorials:
<https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/movies.html>

I hope this helps,
Elaine
