Did you choose "Command History" from the dropdown in the command line to show a separate window? Not just the few commands that it shows directly in the dropdown. If you actually choose Command History it shows a longer list, 500 by default (and you can change to a larger number in the Preferences). There is a file, but is exactly the same information you can already see in the full Command History window. Actually I've been able to access this history log directly in chimera-X that contained only recent commands. Do we have some log directly on the Linux machine ? If yes, what is the path ?
