Hi Saverio, Sorry no, it is not possible to reproduce the Chimera flat-ribbon preset in ChimeraX. ChimeraX does not have flat ribbons, and it does not allow for a different ribbon color inside helices. You could try making the ribbon thickness a small value, but depending on how far you zoom in/out (scale of the structure) thin ribbons may appear to be broken in pieces. I.e. something like this, but you may need to make the thickness larger if you are zoomed out and the overall structure is small: cartoon style x rect thick .1 See: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/cartoon.html#style> Some other parts of the Chimera flat-ribbons preset are white background and silhouette outlines, which you can do in ChimeraX with: set bg white graphics silhouettes true You can make your own custom presets with sets of commands, see the Startup section of Preferences: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/preferences.html#startup> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
