
Hi Ashley, The easiest way to install a toolshed bundle is from inside ChimeraX -- then you don't have to do a separate download and install manually. Start ChimeraX, use menu: Tools... More Tools... then in the resulting toolshed page, navigate to the ISOLDE page and click the big blue Install button. If you instead download a wheel file separately, then you would need to install it with ChimeraX command "toolshed install" (not "open"... and also, it might not be compatible with the version of ChimeraX that you have). I believe that ISOLDE is only available for the ChimeraX 1.9 release, not the 1.10 daily build. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
