Hi Dmitry, I did work on a similar multimeric complex and played with the segmentation tool, then grouping (or ungrouping) the monomers in Chimera (also Chimera X) helped and I was able to even distinguish between the spurious/dubious structures deposited on EMDB ( https://www.ebi.ac.uk/emdb/search/EcoR124%20Gao).
