Yes unfortunately one of two things is happening: either Qt's Wayland support still isn't good enough to support the kinds of dialogs we use for tools, or Microsoft's WSLg uses a Wayland compositor that doesn't support whatever Qt on Wayland uses to move child windows. Not sure what to say. Use the Windows version? There is also a chance that the daily build will work because it uses a newer version of the Qt user interface toolkit. And if not, then perhaps some newer version of ChimeraX that has an even newer version of Qt in it.
