Hi Asma, Several videos show how to predict proten structures using AlphaFold with ChimeraX such as https://youtu.be/gIbCAcMDM7E and others under the Atomic Structure Analysis section of the ChimeraX videos web page https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/videos/ No license is needed to use AlphaFold.
