Hi Berenice,

The ChimeraX Python library on PyPi is currently only available on Mac right now.   That library does not include any of the graphics rendering.  Instead it has Python functions to read and write and analyze atomic structure and density map files.  You can start ChimeraX from a Windows command prompt with the "--nogui" option to access all of the Python functionality on Windows.

Hello,

Do you have a PyPI ChimeraX package for windows? I can online find a .whl file for macOS.
