Hi JingJing, I think the message says the main solution is to wait and try again later because it is a temporary error. I just ran an AlphaFold prediction now and it ran without any problem. ChimeraX runs AlphaFold predictions on Google Colab and it sounds like the error is coming from Google Colab. That may depend on where you are in the world since Google has data centers across the world. It is also possible that the error message is from UCSF servers since ChimeraX checks our UCSF server to see if the AlphaFold service is broken (for example, because Google Colab upgraded their environment breaking all AlphaFold runs which happens a few times per year). I don't know without seeing the error message which server is failing. You could use ChimeraX menu Help / Report a Bug... which will send the error message to us and we could give better advice. Tom
