This is correct, I'm afraid. I've been a bit swamped lately, and haven't had a chance to release builds for 1.1 yet. I'm hoping to do so before the end of the year, once my other pressing issues (grant writing...) are out of the way.

for what I know, as I experienced the same problem, ISOLDE is not available yet on UCSF ChimeraX 1.1, no matter what the SO you're using.

You can use ISOLDE on the previous version of UCSF ChimeraX (1.0), as I'm currently doing.

Please correct me if I am wrong, I', interested as well.
