It appears that you clicked on the "30106 downloads" link, which takes you to the download statistics page.  Instead of doing that, stay on the original Clipper web page.  There should be a big blue button on the right that says either "Install" or "Not compatible".   If it says "Install", then click it, to install Clipper.  If it says "Not compatible", there is no version of Clipper for your version of ChimeraX.  For example, Clipper and ISOLDE are only available for the production releases, not the daily builds.

There is no reaction after I clicked  the save as  the CSV  when I want to download  the clipper from tools/more tools .

I would be very appreciate if you could solve this problem.
