Hi James,

I'm not sure what you mean by an animation of a RELION classification.  If the github repository you mention is trying to do what you want then it would make sense to try to get it to work.  It says it was tested with ChimeraX 1.1 which is very old, but is still available under the Older Releases link on the ChimeraX download page

    https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/older_releases.html

You would have to give a more detailed explanation to get help from the ChimeraX developers.

Hi all,

Is there an easy way to generate animations of RELION classification jobs in ChimeraX?
I came across https://github.com/Stefan-Zukin/relionReport, but haven’t been able to get it to work.

Best,
James
