Yes, we have been planning to reorganize the documentation, and that one was used as a test...thus if you try to use the User Guide on our website, the link to ViewDockX is broken.

Instead use the User Guide included in your ChimeraX download (ChimeraX menu: Help… User Guide), and click the ViewDockX link in the resulting index page.

Also, if your docking results are in Maestro (.mae) format, then you will also want to get the ChimeraX Maestro file reader from the Toolshed:
