Hi James, You didn't say how those lines were generated... I'll guess that they are pseudobonds. In that case, you could change pseudobond display style with command "style", e.g. style dashes 0 <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/style.html> or by Ctrl-click to select the pseudobond and use the Selection Inspector (menu: Actions... Inspect), Inspect: Pseudobond models, change number of dashes. You have to inspect "Pseudobond models" not "Pseudobonds" because all of the pseudobonds in the same model have the same number of dashes. <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/inspector.html> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Dear ChimeraX,
Can you please help me to connect two pseudo-atoms by vector in ChimeraX. In the attached image (chimera.png), it was smoothly done in the past, but now the same file looks like a dotted line in chimeraX( e.g vector.PNG). Is it possible to control the color and style of this dotted vector line?
