Hi Prathvi, To put everything into view, try command: view <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/view.html> Basically the functions of Chimera "focus" "savepos" "reset" and "matrixget/matrixset/matrixcopy" are combined into the ChimeraX "view" command.
